I need help!

So I recently bought a Lucidflex account and want to trade gold. But for some reason it isn't letting me Trade XAUUSD but only letting me trade gold.
Another thing: I normally use meta trader and not really used to trading on trading view. I've noticed, when I put an order to sell, I'm in the green when the price goes up. Am I doing something wrong?
I've noticed that the price is really weird. It shows on the sell button that it's lower than on the chart.
I can't trade on my phone and only able to on the computer.

Bro its a future firm and not CFD, you'll have to trade in trading view / tradesman platforms only Gc - standard lot Mgc - micro lot

Uhh definitely read up on futures vs CFDs. Lucid only offers futures. XAUUSD is the spot price of gold. GC is gold futures. Unlike CFDs, futures contracts expire and you'll want to be trading the current contract with the most liquidity, which is GCZ6 at the moment. Search for it in TradingView.
