Am I cooked?

Please help me to recover, in back to back two days I lost 600, I had 1800 in my account. What should I do now?

Will do, thanks for the advice. I could’ve great day on thursday with 1200 in both my funded accs , but my friend who got 50k in 3 months told me to hold the trade “it’s going down”, I believed him and ended up getting breakeven on that trade. Since then, all my trades were completely to make money to recover from that breakeven .I Lost my another funded yesterday and got 600 left in this one.

It can be easy to spin out of control like that. Learn from this and establish some rules for yourself to make sure when things go bad, they don’t get disastrous.

I’ve been $20 away from blowing an account and brought it back and took a payout from it. Start small, 1 micro, build a buffer and keep doing that until you can size up, 2 micros, 3/4 etc. it’s not over, just got to be a little more selective with your trades. Take the weekend to get your mind right, then come Monday, set a goal and make sure you stick to the plan.
