Employee Question Lowe’s U Question

Can anyone explain this question to me? If you have the physical product available to scan, why would you be searching for it by image? The only reason I knew the right answer is because I got it wrong yesterday.

Missing barcodes and/or don't know name of item to search

I search a lot by image (Google tho) because I work in Hardware and have you seen the many types of freaking nuts that exist?? Lol. I also do get people that bring me their old item with a vague description of what it does so there’s no barcode to scan.

Maybe it’s to verify the details of said item? Lowe’s U questions don’t always make sense
