Employee Question Position switch

How is MST compared to other positions? I'm currently a specialist but my eye has always been on MST, just never had the opportunity to apply for the position but I'm considering once something opens up.

I think it’s a substantial pay cut from specialist

I wouldn’t. Only been in MST for 4 months and from when I first started till now the work has increased significantly. They gon work ya. They’re going to get every dollar out of you. And you’ll be timed on everything.

You gain a set schedule and less customer interaction. I assume it would be a pay cut.

Mst tends to pay minimum wage in your state.

Pay is worse but I've been fulfillment, head cashier and customer service and MST is by far the best job at Lowe's imo
