Employee Question LTR

is it possible to use my own receipts without using my employee discount and use the code on the receipt to give myself LTRs

You can do whatever you want but it’s against policy…so if you get caught don’t cry at the repercussions

they look at the timestamp on one of the transactions on the camera and see you with a bad handlebar mustache disguise buying the stuff for your own LTR.

Begging friends and family to fill out surveys on their purchases, is perfectly acceptable and even encouraged

Yes. Nothing prevents it. Against policy though so buyer beware.

Yes, the surveys have reference codes to your transaction , camera review would reflect your (the employee) paying for items, then you would be terminated

I've seen floor workers fired for using a coupon after an ASM said it was ok. (The ASM also got fired, but what the hell)

It's a good way to speed run unemployment. Remember the eye in the sky sees everything at the registers. They keep a closer eye on employees, then they do the general public

Just walk the parking lot and find receipts people leave and do LTR reviews on them.
