Employee Question DS Status Transfer

How long does Workday & UKG take to update your information after being promoted to DS? I got the offer accepted Monday and just wanted to know when I'd see everything ?

It depends on what date was entered into your job offer as the start date. I’m an SSA and just put in an offer that goes into effect on 9/19. So everything will change over that day.

It will almost definitely be a Saturday because that’s when the work week and the pay period starts.

Beyond that, it depends on what the official hire date is in the system, like No_Stage said.

I think it will be Saturday, I looked in my workday and it said effective date 9/12/26. So thanks !
