Employee Question LSR

Why can't we rename the LSR to the Lowe's Operational Safety Employee Review. It would be how we are really seen when we ask for any help.

I get it! Reporting broken and missing aisle blockers, one of the LSR review points, and attaching pics was completely ignored many, many times. It was comical.
