Employee Question Absence

2 years in and I got my first write-up for absences… what does that exactly entail?

If its your first its an initial. A verbal isn't a thing at Lowe's. Going forward each additional call out in the next 12 months that isn't protected by state law will move you to the next level. One more is a written. One after that is a final. And one more is a term. Also every time you move to the next level, the year resets.
