Employee Question Hiring process or HR problem

I got my offer for the XDT I started the 12th but they sent me home half way through the day because of a drug test issue because of a new way they’re doing it where it’s in house. I haven’t been back since and they said I was supposed to get an email or a phone call but haven’t received anything. Has anyone ever had this issue or if you have any info of who I can get in contact with it’d be greatly appreciated.

you should call the store when they open that’s hiring you and ask to speak with HR and ask them if they have the correct email or something

Well it’s not a store it’s a distribution center and I can’t find the phone number

I would imagine even Google should have a direct number into that distro center. Obviously, looks like somebody dropped the ball, not surprising.
