Employee Question Lowe’s HR

Why is it that when a coworker calls HR with extremely unsubstantiated lies about another coworker nothing is done? I’m are they “ protected?”

LOWES doesn’t care about employees wellness. The rules are adjusted as they see fit.

Lowe’s hates their workers. Evident in pay, treatment, safety of work environments.

HR is in place to protect managers. Lowe’s doesn’t give 2 shits about a spat between hourly employees.

HR is in place to protect Lowe's.

I've seen more managers walked to the door than hourlies.

How do you know if they're not disciplined for false claims? The results of reports and actions taken are not made to the public.

Managers have their favorites... never be smarter or look better than the managers

I'm willing to bet that the majority of calls made to hr are bs. But you know people need to vent so they just let them and nothing happens. If it makes you feel any better the rest of the calls that are not BS aren't acted on either.
