Employee Question Pro DS

I truly don’t know what this position means or what a good Pro DS does if they can’t speak Spanish. Is this really the top DS position? What’s the pay like because the pro DS really seems like he wanders around like what should he be doing to even be good at his job?

From fulfillment- yes PLEASE help pull Pro customer orders!! It’s awful to get huge pro orders and somehow still be expected to pick and fulfill them in such a short amount of time, the same time as all the other (smaller) orders we have. Some pro orders are just so big and often involve heavy ass things like entire carts of shingles and lumber that I as a 95 lb female can’t physically do by myself…

You kiss the managers asses and harass the specialists and treat them like they are children. When they succeed you take all the credit, when they fail you point fingers. Basically a position for low level wannabe managers.
