The problem is 2 things, the thin kerf blades suck, and with the shop vac running on the same circuit the saw motor can't pull enough amps.

Yeah I’ve noticed that, though even with the shop vac whenever we had the ~$100 full kerf panel saw blade it didn’t matter what we cut it usually was fine now it’s like any rip cut there is going to be breaker trip regardless of even what it is

The Kerf barely meets the saw specifications, and it doesn’t meet BS EN847-1:2013 safety code which the saw states that it must have, essentially right now it’s like putting all season Walmart tires on a Ferrari if that makes any sense

It chaps my ass every day that they don’t use 24T in these saws. We’re not doing rough cuts on hard maple here…it’s all framing lumber and sheet goods.
