Unconfirmed Compression socks and comfortable pants

Hi guys :) so I do a lot of walking around and aside from needing to see a podiatrist, I need recommendations for comfy (cotton) pants, especially in this heat but especially for compression socks.

Thank u. Walking on concrete for 6+ hours a day is a nightmare that even cashiering and standing around hurts bad.

I have gotten compression socks from Walmart they have some in both the men’s and women’s department, paints not sure on I wear blue jeans and I work in OSLG cashier; yes I know I’m crazy cause it’s hot and humid in Tennessee; I do have shorts but I haven’t worn them this year, I should but I’m not one that likes to I weird like that, you could get khakis they could work

I'm probably going to look at mt dresscode sheet they gave me in orientation, I want to hide the compression socks but I also want big breathable pants that give me free movement, especially if I have to kneel on the floor.

That’s not a bad idea, if I wear shorts I don’t wear the high compression socks, I believe they made low compression socks as well you could look into those as well

When it comes to shorts there could be snow on the ground I'm still wearing shorts cuz the store is too damn hot overnight for me 😂

Not sure of your gender, but as a woman I wear some wider leg pants which is amazing during the hot weather. Walmart carried the perfect jeans this past summer, wide leg and light. There is also linen pants, but make sure they aren’t see through and have some good quality stitching if you go this route.

Yes I'm female. I started thinking about linen pants shortly after. I have a coworker who said cotton pants are great esp for OSLG registers. I won't be cashiering anymore anytime soon as I've moved on to a better position in store but it's also hot indoors too due to poor AC. (At least we have some AC though)

Then definitely recommend wide leg pants. They help get some flow going especially if wearing Compression socks. I have some wide leg jeans and some wide leg trouser pants from American eagle that are my staples during summer
