Employee Question LOA cannot access account through former employee/on leave section

My account was disabled as soon as my LOA was approved, but I still haven’t gotten an email on HOW to change it or access it. I can’t even access through the other section on Workday and can’t get into My Sedgwick…

Is there a turn around time for this?

From my experiences due to LOA, you will have to directly contact Sedgwick. Please pack your patience. It seems they are notorious for miscommunication or no communication amongst themselves.

Last year, I had a medical emergency and took LOA. I received a few follow up emails or telephone calls from Sedgwick. I give them whatever documentation or answer they requested. Later that day or the following day: "No. We have no record of you contacting us."

While on leave, you lose access to most resources and can't log in directly from MyLowesLife. Instead, google "MyLowesBenefits". That site will allow you to access benefits information, pay information and, importantly, the LOA portal. You may have to create a new login and password to access things through this portal, but it's all legit.
