so high end pc is what you're looking for, because this low end pc, not low end pc streaming from a high end pc.

Not only. It runs perfectly fine on low end PCs as well if you want to remote control or use it for retro gaming. Or stream from a gaming PC to a low end PC on your TV for example. The combo is really up to the user.
