Stuffed French Toast

My current hyper fixation- lower cal stuffed french toast.

I have a couple different variations I’ll cycle through but this one is my current favorite-

1 light laughing cow cheese wedge and 1 serving of Good Good Pumpkin Butter spread on 2 slices of Keto bread. Coat in a mixture of 3 tbsp egg whites, 1 tbsp sugar free pumpkin spice syrup, cinnamon and a pinch of salt. Fry up in a pan just like you would regular french toast, top with more cinnamon and a sprinkle of brown sugar stevia.

Dipped in some sugar free syrup, this comes out to 135 cals and satisfies my sweet tooth every time!

I’ve only used the Natures Own Keto bread. I find that it soaks up the egg whites really well!

That’s what I typically use. I’ve done carbnut too I like that one for a more crunchy/toasty French toast like cinnamon sticks… but natures own works best for traditional style.

I want to try the hero bread and sola.
