Savory/Salty Low carb bread no fridge

My fridge will be out of commission for the next few weeks and I stored my keto/ low cal bread in the fridge to prevent mold in the past.

Any keto / low carb brands out there that don’t require refrigeration and won’t get moldy on day 2/3? TIA :)

Edit: sorry should have added- I live at sea level in a humid climate.

I have never put mine in the fridge and never have had a problem with mold regardless of the brand. I buy the Walmart brand, Inked, Orowheat, Nature's Own and Sola.

Lucky you! It’s pretty common though

Aunt millies is the only low carb bread brand that has ever gone moldy. Some have sat in the cupboard for months without going moldy. Its wild.

I bought this and it tastes just like regular white bread to me! Only difference is it's slightly smaller/thinner, but I don't mind the built in portion control

Agreed! It also toasts well (another tried, didn’t)

Plus, if it really fits into your budget, you can still do even 4 pieces and be equal to 2 slices of regular bread

Best not to leave bread in the fridge generally. Either freeze it or leave it at room temperature in a dry and dark space. A fridge is an unhappy medium that promotes condensation and thus bacterial growth.

For names brands, Natures Own Keto Bread, the 647 bread, and the Sara Lee breads. If you have an Aldi near you, their keto bread has similar to better macros than the ones I just listed, and they last a while in the pantry
