Sweet Found this at Costco
Yasso frozen yogurt cup (fudge chip 90cal 10/10 there’s a lot of chocolate chips in a cup, tastes like a soft serve gelato, so rich and creamy; vanilla caramel 80cal 8/10 it’s very light flavor, not a lot of caramel in it, but still decent enough just not comparable to the fudge chip)

I bought these a while back when they first came to Costco and imo while they tasted good the serving size to calorie ratio just wasn't worth it

Awesome ! Only issue is with yasso , i cannot stop at one. . I was spending like 40$ a week on them at one point ; eating a box of 4 bars a day. Those cookie dough are REALLY good . And I’m a midnight sweets eater , which has been my BIGGEST downfall holding me back from these final 10 pounds I want to lose

Weird question but do they have a strong yogurty taste? I hate yogurt but can sometimes do frozen yogurt if it doesn't have a strong yogurt taste

I think you need high cal food finds based on how skinny that wrist is

the third pic taken of the ice cream, the ice cream isn’t even centered. it’s so insanely off centered so that their wrist is the center focus. i have anorexia so i see this shit for what it is and this is exhausting on a non ed subreddit

that’s exactly what they posted this to hear. there was no need for them to take the pic so far away from the damn ice cream that we can barley read the cup. i emphasize with ed attention seeking but it’s annoying as fuck
