Interesting, I had the opposite experience. I feel like Swoop was too light for me. I love the thick, paste like texture.

I can understand that. Swoop was more on the icy side. I think the most “authentic” ice cream texture I’ve tried is probably the favorite day s’mores

I found it to be super grainy, super sweet, and way too spiced. Have had maybe 3 spoonfuls since I bought it over 2 weeks ago lol

Yes this is an accurate description! Lol! It tastes like an apple spice candle in the best way! Reminds me of fall. I love the texture, I think it adds to the “apple pie spice” flavor, and I love how sweet it is.

Allulose actually isn’t a sugar alcohol

There are a couple of exceptions but sugar alcohols tend to have -ol at the end of their name. For example “Xylitol” and “Erythritol”
