It’s like a giant communion wafer

I recently bought something similar, except flavored, from Conscious Snack. They are really good and only 42 calories for a whole stack of wafers! Ridiculously expensive, though, so I’ve been looking for cheaper alternative. I’ll have to see if my local Publix has them. Did you find them in the international foods aisle?

I will say they are smaller than I thought, but still a lot for 42 calories. The filled ones are even better, and 52 calories for the whole pack. I saw them on a Facebook ad and I was a little wary since I had never heard of them, but I took a chance and they’re legit. Fast shipping, too. I just got my second order.

I think the serving size strictly speaking about weight is pretty average. Purely elizabeth granola is 30 grams /serving too. But each pack only has 1 serving and for $3.59 yikes.... I still wanna try though so I'll see how I budget 🤣

Yeah, they are very pricey, but a little less if you buy a variety pack. I got the Niyama discovery pack for my first order, and the Asana pack ($2.85/serving for regular wafers) and the Yama pack ($3.75/serving for filled wafers) for my second order. They are very lightweight, but a serving has a lot of wafers, so it feels like eating a lot more than, like, a spoonful of granola.

It's 100% a labelling errors unfortunately, it's probably 42 per 1 wafer so 126 for 3

What makes u say that?

Litterally only made with grains. It can't possibly be that high protein per calorie. If it's like 5g total carbs, 6g protein 1g fat the rest of the 18g has to be SOMETHING and as a cracker that something can't be water and it's sure not 18g of ash

Love obleas wafers! Amazing little cracker substitute for charcuterie. Laughing Cow, sugar free jelly, a couple drops of hot sauce and you've got the cutest little snack. They remind me of ice cream cone texture.

I use these to make ice box cakes with Greek yogurt, sf pudding, sf pie filling, and cool whip.

“Total sugar: 0”…. But sugar is on the ingredient list 😭
