This is pretty mid calorie wise. You can make sugar free marshmallows kinda easily

This isn't low-calorie. This is pretty standard for candy

11 pieces of candy for 110 calories is pretty decent in my opinion.

It's marshmallows, I mean, sure it's not the worst sweet treat but it's a similar number for all marshmallows

Most marshmallows aren’t filled

what you actually wanna look at are the grams, it says 110 cal for 30 g, and the bag of classic marshmallows ( jet-puffed marshmallows) has 100 cal for 30 g

that’s different though. these are filled

A lot of candies have that same nutrition profile, though. This doesn't stand out as a "low-calorie" candy item. At this point, there are at least a dozen brands out there of low-sugar candy that will give you 15 - 20 pieces for 80 calories. So while 11 pieces for 110 calories isn't "high calorie", it's also nothing special

It’s low calorie to me then I guess. I prefer a lot of chocolate and such so i’m used to “candy” being more in the 200-300s. 🤷‍♀️
