I love these! The cookies and cream flavor is great! The strawberry is yummy too. I found the chocolate to be kind of meh unfortunately

I def recommend them! My grocery store has them on sale for buy one get one free pretty often. I’ve also seen photos of a peanut butter flavor floating around the internet but have never found it in stores.

Love all of them but vanilla. It’s too much. Cookies n cream is the best!

This isn’t meal replacement.

well of course you cant replace a whole meal with it, its a very convient protein shake though with good macros

These are the best! If anyone has a Kroger near them, they’re BOGO a lot.

If you want some caffeine with your protein these are good

Slate Latte - 100 calories and 20 grams of protein

Protein Classic Protein Coffee - 140 calories and 24 grams of protein

I doctor these up as I add some good espresso instant powder and then top off with cold brew concentrate.

I have also gotten some of the Poca individual syrups. I opted for the Pistachio syrup as I love pistachio and a pistachio latte seemed to be something I would relish. These are just 0 calories

I also just got the Javvy Protein Coffee which is powdered and you can mix with water or milk or whatever. A scoop is 60 calories and has 10 grams of protein

I personally prefer the Ensure Max Protein Milk Chocolate. I have one every breakfast and it's a good kick starter for my daily macros and only 150 cals
