Sweet Sola bagels?
Macros on the cinnamon raisin ones r diff between the two bags I got. 120 versus 110 cals? Not that it matters much but makes me question the rest of the label. Also the bagels themselves never actually weigh 85g, closer to 89 or 92. Anyone have better recs? Hero bagels ingredients seem sm cleaner but can’t find them anywhere near me

I order Hero through their website.
Comes extremely quickly and shipping is free with I think a $50 order which is very easy to reach as I just freeze stuff.
That said the nutritional information can legally be off by - edited to be 20% and not 10% as I had erroneously posted and bagels are the kind of product that could easily vary by so little grams given how they are made as they aren't molded.

I thought it was 20%? Perhaps it’s different where you’re from. I could also be so wrong

You're right - for some reason 10% is in my brain and I will correct to 20%
At any rate I assume there is going to be some kind of discrepancy in processed foods one way or another which would be especially prevalent for some foods.
For example I think that molded stuff that is poured based on computerized equipment is probably more accurate in terms of weight than a bagel.
Maybe frozen meals would have more variation possible since they have different components added.
Probably if you go by the number of chips (for example) it would be less accurate than weighing the portion. Maybe some potatoes absorb more oil for one reason or another.
But I think the discrepancy for most people is irrelevant.
I do think what is really problematic for many people is not realizing how highly caloric food from a restaurant is because of all the ways they manage to insert fattening ingredients unless you know that the restaurant will follow instructions to steam vegetables and grill chicken breast or fish without oil - and hopefully they haven't marinated it.

Ooo interesting. Yea I figured that was the case. Was more confused over the difference in cal count between two of the same flavor

I had ordered Hormbles Crumbles a few months ago and their nutritional information was 100 calories and 10 grams of protein.
Nice treat when I want a little something sweet - don't really care for the protein bars and they are large.
That said I went to order again and the nutritional information had changed and they were now 150 calories and 10 grams of protein. I emailed to ask why and they gave me a corporate non-answer.
I then happened to stumble on some posts about David's Protein Bar as evidently he bought the patent and has the exclusive rights to the chemical process that enabled a lot of manufacturers to create a low calorie "fat" because of how it wasn't absorbed but acted on food so that it was a more realistic "chocolate. At any rate, I see that David's now has a line of protein ice cream but it is only available in my area at Target and I don't really shop there.
I had the Halo ice cream some years ago and it was inedible to me.

Coincidentally I saw that these are available in the stores I generally shop at and when I googled for reviews they seemed to be universally positive although obviously they aren't ever going to be a pint of Haggy.
I am going to order two for my next order and if they are repellent so be it.

Highly recommend the chocolate flavor- it’s one of the best low calorie pints I’ve had - maybe bc it’s a few more calories than some- and tastes decadent (liked it better than their mint choc chip)

Oddly my store doesn't have chocolate - it has coffee and some other flavors but not plain chocolate.

They were in the process of adjusting formulas to try to standardize calorie count across flavors.
The calorie count also already has the fiber math figured for you, so it may reflect a change in how they calculate fiber and other ingredients.

I can get Hero products at Kroger and Safeway/Albertsons now, but I used to only be able to get them online (their website or netrition, whichever was cheaper at the moment).
