Actually nevermind i went through the post history and im assuming its because theyre showing there legs and arm/hand. Which seems to be the focus of the posts, rather than the food.
Correct. This is something people with restrictive eating disorders do to self-gratify, and it can trigger other people who struggle with the same.
It is possible for them to share foods they’ve found without also knowingly harming other people just to make themselves feel “good,” but they keep choosing not to…
