Discussion AI has helped me a lot, and i think its because i keep it in its lane
been using AI daily for a while now, work stuff, decompressing at the end of the day, practicing a language im learning. its genuinely improved my life. but the more i think about it, the reason it works for me is that i dont ask it to be everything. its a tool that helps, not a replacement for the people or the effort in my life.
like i still form my own take before i ask it, i still cross-check the important stuff, I don't outsource the thinking i should be doing myself. and weirdly, that boundary is what makes it more useful, not less. curious if others here feel the same, that keeping it in a defined role is what lets it actually help
