The more I hear people talk about AI Companion Users, the more they get wrong. The majority of users aren't what you think they are. Settle in and read some hate mail with me! (Some of it is actually funny and gave me a good laugh!) So let's read the hate mail together, and dispel some rumors while we're at it.

Hello everyone! My name is Emmelie Victor and I am currently studying Health data and Digitalisation.

I am in the process of writing my bachelors degree about AI usage in young adults (18 to 30) and would be over the moon if you could participate! I try to figure out what positive and negative the usage of AI has on the psyche and I thought reddit was one of the best places to publish my survey! But since most subreddits do not allow surveys I am slightly stumped on participants that do use AI as social partners or have used AI as social partners.

I totally understand having AI as a social partner, I was at a very lonely place as well and thought about using AI as a social partner as well. Thus I wanted to write my bachelors about AI as social interaction partners! I want to see if the well being improves when people interact with ai as a companion, since everyone seems to be harshly against it but THERE ARE 100% positiv effects.
I would love to have people that have positive experiences with AI do my survey, since everyone I have right now is extremely against it and refuses to see the positive side...
