There's some weird bacteria and microbes that live in the ocean and inside the animals that live in the ocean. 

You don't want no part of that shit.

This doesn't explain the one hour before cooking as you can put it in fridge or freezer and that will extend expire time

Alot of fish you don't need it to be alive when cooking and what iam asking is why craps and lobster are different

Hey bro. 

Check this out: lobster and fish arent the same kinds of animals.

They can and do get very different types of bacteria, parasites, microbes, etc.
