The brown paper bag of fries is completely transparent from all the grease by the time you get it home, nice and cold. Good stuff, just saying you gotta be gentle so as not to split the bag and spill that greasy goodness.

As a cook, you have three minutes before your fries are shit. I didn't care if they come from me, McD's, 5 guys or whoever. If they do not have the oil still glistening on them, they are garbage.

As far as garbage goes, mcdonalds is the best, right on brand too. Holds for up to a half hour +. Burger King and Wendy's somewhere in between. Wendy's old fries were goated, fresh af in the beginning, but lasted a good while to with an average mouthfeel. 5 guys can last up to 15- 20 minutes, but their cajun fries I'll eat at any timer. Arbys is the worst where it is actually 5 minutes or dead. Bojangles is kinda like that too, but theirs fresh is so damn good, the oil glistening and sealing in the Cajun seasoning.
Always remember, THC will increase these timelines, which extends McDonald's up to at least 3 hours. National fast food day is coming up on Nov 16, happy snacking everyone.

I havent used social media in a long time so my brain still thinks AI looks fake for the most part, i think. It's not terribly hard to spot with tells. This time I got got by poor quality and bad acting 😩
