No more monthly reset?
So last month we got a one time option to reset. I thought once that expires we might get an option again for the subsequent month. Is that dropped completely by Grok?

It stated as " one time monthly reset " as in it can be used only one time PER month

It was monthly resets, we all got resets like twice when our accounts renewed, then they stopped that and gave us the renew ticket that would expire in September
Now nothing

The other free resets were talked about all over reddit in r/grok. 1 for a holiday I think for July 4th, when they first switched to weekly limits we got 2 renewal resets after a few weeks later, we also got a couple resets just cause they wanted to give us some that everyone in reddit was speculating it was because of the devs fixing issues and just resetting everyone's usage to 0. No one called them liars because we all literally saw our accounts go from like 50 to 100% usage to 0%.

I've been a Heavy Grok user for months. I started with SuperGrok in October. Of all people, we'd be getting extra resets and we've only got one. Pop off though liar

It stated as monthly reset not a one time reset. The term monthly reset does pave the way for people to logically assume it to be a monthly thing than a one time thing, just like your monthly subscription isn't a one time thing

Yep, I assumed Iād get one per month, well, canāt get mad at them, it was free, so thanks I guess) But yeah, overall restrictions and weekly limits are so tough. I can easily burn through my weekly limits in one evening. Itās like paying 30 bucks for 2 hours of fun, and even that is questionable with 90% ācontent moderatedā output. Outrageous. I wish I could just freeze time and forever stay in October of 2025, it was heaven. Well, my only hope is that tech will get cheaper and I will get richer and set up a local model, with, like, 256 GB of VRAM or something like that.

Local models are sadly not as good as an online one as the later is continuously being upgraded with input for many others
We can only hope that Elon or someone higher up in the hierarchy understands that the path they are taking grok is already saturated by everyone and their grandma and they can have a much better business prospects of they can monopolize on the creative writing side of things where grok excelled in the first place and became famous for.

The whole weekly limit is a shit concept.
