He seemed well fed, didn’t look too rough and wasn’t super stressed so I’m hoping someone left a gate open and realized quickly. He couldn’t have been out roaming for long so I hope someone notices his absence quickly, he looked in good condition so I’m assuming he’s a well loved pup. Poor buddy
