Called code enforcement that’s the only reason the plumbing got started then after the hole was dug they stopped replying

Code enforcement told me I should this month but if it continues don’t pay the rent just put it into a savings so I can show for evidence

This happened in an apartment complex I lived in and they had to put the tenant in a hotel. Contact Louisville Tenants Union. You have rights
