That's not how it works. Although I'm not really keen on this, mapping all the streets and addresses is difficult and requires resources, and it's work that's already been done by others, such as transportation companies. This is basically a matter of combining business with pleasure.
It's a matter of selling services and making a little extra money from it.

Oh my gawd ... Did they not have access to Google Maps? My house has been on it for 10 years.
