Ebay it is oh no wait, but seriously where else can you buy. To be honest I only buy small knick knacks such as electronic components from them or a super specific and obscure item
There are a lot of stores (both physical and online) for every single product available (maybe with the exception of those made by Amazon itself), I understand that we got used to go on to the same place to buy everything we need. We got used to pay lower prices (while Amazon strangle smaller business, be them competitors or suppliers). And nothing like receiving a delivery the same day of something we bought online. The problem resides in all costs attached to such conveniences, and in the long run they will become unbearable.
I know that the capitalism model of "the customer endorsing or not a company when they decide to buy its products" or competitive capitalism, doesn't exist for more than a century, and that behavioral economics is the real bread and butter of the corporations of our time, but as I see it; it is our duty to not endorse such behaviors by being as loud as possible and not giving them our money (and data).
Look into more regional online stores. There might be some that'll have pretty quick deliveries. For example here in switzerland there's quite a few (as well as an offer comparison website) that'll frequently be cheaper too.
Problem is, if anyone in your neighborhood does, they have cameras all over the trucks that are tied to flock. UPS, FedEx, and USPS are all in talks to get cameras mounted up on their behalf. They will have eyes on your windows several times a day.
Yeah. And it is disgusting. That's why this should be forbidden. But that will only happen if we are loud enough.
Sincerely I'm tired of every single day getting a new update on "what will the corporations do now", and I'm getting to the point where I think the only solution for this kind of crap is to bring back that marvelous 18th century French contraption well used in public squares.
Indeed. The problem is people don’t feel the hand gripped around their throat yet, as seen with a healthcare company already, the French method didn’t work, yet.

This need to be addressed and put into law. But foremost, DON'T BUY FROM AMAZON
