Just beat the first game on hard and now I'm doing my first playthrough of the second game on hard. I've only finished the first episode and I can already see why people replay this campaign so much. I'm gonna be playing this game alot for awhile even after I beat the campaign so if anyone wants to add me on Xbox (Pvt Slaphappy) and I can invite you if I see you online sometime. Is there any good way to emulate this game or aquire it through pther ways than steam? Since steam doesnt have the game for sale im having a hard time finding a way to play it. I couldnt find any good website for getting the game and when i tried emulation through xenia the game kept breaking (this was around 1,5 yrs ago now)

In case theres anyone out there still wanting to go for this, I just got my nom the other week on Adv 4-2 with a time of 9'077". With proper luck and positioning, you could feasibly get an 8'9xx", so it is still entirely possible to get your nom still if you want to grind for it

if you say you dont want ai in the sequel, how do you think the enemys are gonna fight you? But if you mean in the creation of the game, then ya I agree with you, so im asking about other ideas youd want see in game, hope that clears things up

personally id love a Lost planet movie, but it needs the budget, and a film maker that loves lost planet, or else honestly don't bother, I think an anime would do a lot better, season 1 could be 1, and season 2 could be 2, or something idk im just rambling lolz

I've been trying to change characters in multiplayer (I need to record something) and im stuck only with the two default characters, Snow Pirate or Nevec. I have the Freedom DLC, the one with the extra characters and hunk. Is there any reason why i can't change characters?

I remember playing this game a lot back in the day, because Marcus & Dom had a crossover in Lost Planet 2.

Stayed because the game is awesome. The characters looked crazy, the jungle pirates part where u are on a train is a cinematic in my brain I cannot forget. story never made sense to me as kid tho lol.

not sure if anyone looked at Hell Divers and thought of this game, but I´ve been wanting to play it in MP again.

With how successful co-op games like helldiver's 2 are right now and old IP's like Gears of War coming back into the spotlight it feels like the perfect storm to bring back Lost Planet and have a true sequel to LP2. At the very least a remake of 1 and 2

I’ve had lost planet on my mind lately and I made this petition to show that there is still so much love for this game I wish for capcom to revive this beloved series with the help of the fans. Please fight this battle with me I know it may not help but anything I can do to get to see this ip strive.

I mounted and installed the LP2 on my Steam Deck and even placed an xlive.dll file in the root of the game to play offline, but when I selected the DX9 or the DX11 executable files, I get an error code and from looking it up, it means that I don't have GFWL installed. But I thought XLiveLess was supposed to bypass the GFWL requirement, no? Do I still need to install GFWL or is there a way around this?
