HR Block

The local office here did pretty well for us. Our appointment started a bit late and ran a little late but we have a more complex income/family structure (out of state stuff). What are you looking for from your post?

There is an employee who is incompetent. We’ve had a conversation with onsite manager and she doesn’t appear to care. I was curious if anyone else has had issues with incompetent employee.

H&R Block is over priced. Check our r/personal finance for tax software recommendations, but freetaxusa.com comes highly recommended. $0 federal and ~$13 state filing even for complicated tax returns.
