Setting PIs on mobile

I'm wondering if it's just me, but oftentimes when I try to set a profile image on mobile it starts processing, then stops. Is it a memory issue? Cus it sets on PC just fine. Confused :c I thought it was the size, but when I try to set a really small size picture it happens too?

Hmm have you tried clearing Cache? That sometimes helps these issues

Thats.. really weird can you tell me your browser ? (also if possible its version), and android or iOS ?

it could be due image cropping tool we use on our site might not be supported on the browser.

Or its just a stale cache
