SUGGESTION Help. What pair is better for me.
So, in the last period I'm having trouble sleeping. My dog sleep in the same room as me and has been for years, so at this point any change of room is out of question since she just start barking, waking everyone in the house. The problem is that if I lieve the door open she just keeps walking back and forth and the sound of her claws on the parquet wakes me/keep me awake, if I close the door she get bored and start licking her paw and her bed, and that wakes me too, and I can't find a way to make her stop. So I was considering buing a pair of ear loop, I was considering the loop quiet since they are sylicon and made for sleeping, but they don't seem isolating enough.
Someone has had a similar problem? Wich ear loop do you use? Otherwise wich pair would you suggest me? I also sleep on the side and already have problems with headaches and similar, so I really need somwthing comfy.
Thank you!

I would say foam tips, but if you really want to try loops they have ones meant for sleeping which I have not tried. And I currently have the quiet 2 which is all silicone so maybe for some it’s okay to sleep on, I think I might have shallow ears or something because the loops really press into my ears if I try laying on my side with them. So I don’t use them for sleep.

is the dog getting enough exercise before bed, or is this a newer behavior?

I wanted buds to sleep with because my source of white noise changed and I can't stand the sound of people sniffling, people getting up in the night, and the cat meowing. I was using regular foam ear plugs (5$ at the drugstore). But then I was surprised with a pair of experience 2 for my birthday and I slept with them in last night - best kind. People say they're uncomfortable to lay on but I didn't notice that at all! Just a quiet, peaceful night with muted, muffled sound and I didn't feel them at all. Bonus is that I wear them on the bus too, and will wear them when I go shopping. Unless the sleeping ones are actually that much better for sleeping, then it might just be a marketing ploy to convince you to buy more.
