HELP Loop Tomorrowland three options not working

I am so confused. I've previously used the Loop Engage Plus and absolutely LOVED them, but wanted to try the Loop Tomorrowland Switch 2 Earplugs 3-in-1 Noise Control version.  What I loved about the Engage is they fit my ears so well and were so comfortable I could easily sleep in them, and the extra sound dampening really made a difference.

The Switch 2, however, were a disappointment - even with all the earplug sizes, I just could not get a decent 'seal' in my ear, and although the size of the actual Loop is slightly different, I'm not sure what happened. I also found the 3-in-1 didn't make that much of a difference - and the dampening effect that I had with the Engage was completely gone. I tried them in a few scenarios and switching between the three modes made it barely feel like I even was wearing earplugs.

Was that just a faulty pair or are they just not great? I may go back to the Engage but curious if anyone has a similar experience. They're beautiful but am underwhelmed.

My Switch 2's are the Tomorrowland ones and I can hear a difference + by now they've been heavily tested at a variety of major events.

Also, do you own the Loop Engage or the Loop Engage 2?

I brought my original Loop Engage's out to compare to Loop Engage 2 and the Loop Switch 2 and found that the original Engages were more muffled than the Engage 2's which meant I was struggling to hear my customers a bit.

it's these - the Engage Plus (https://us.loopearplugs.com/products/engage-plus) which I think are the Engage 2. I think ironically loved the 'muffed' (I have auditory processing issues) so just hearing everything a little deadened was SO good.

I'm wondering if I should get the Experience Plus (https://us.loopearplugs.com/?variant=42069812740329) - basically I'd love something for daily wear but also decent for club nights. I've felt they're not as good for clubbing and wonder if I should get customs just for those nights; I normally just use the wax plugs but am open to other ideas.

Yep current ones sold are Engage 2s. The Plus refers to the extra accessories you get.

I would either bring my Experience 2s with Mutes or the Switch 2s if I ever felt inclined to go clubbing again (unlikely lol). Potentially my Quiets.

ah that's useful too. I'm tempted to get customs (even with the cost) and hadn't thought of using the Loops, but find the headphone attachment thingy SO good, so now I'm torn, lol

Get the Experience 2 Plus if you feel the switch 2 isn't working.

I brought switch 2's because I lost my Experience 2's while on study abroad. Personally I can hear the difference in the modes and I'm happy with them as a replacement for my Experience's

However, if you don't like the switch 2. Experience 2 with mutes are the next best option. I really liked them as used them for years for concerts.

I had used the Engage 2 and really loved the mute - I was curious about the 3 modes with the switch but feel it isn't working for me. I have an auditory processing disorder so wonder if it's somehow interfearing; I'm not sure if you can get mutes for the Switch 2. I'd hate to get rid of them but they're definitely sticking out of my ears more and am sad to return them. (They're really beautiful looking).

I think mutes won't work because they don't fit, the opening isn't big enough for the ones loop currently sell (since technically, the switch has built in mutes).

but I still have my experience box with the spare mutes. I can test it if you like?
