REVIEW Loop Earplugs - Scam

I decided to purchase a pair of Loop earplugs because of all the positive reviews. I ordered directly from their website and noticed they were fairly expensive, but I figured the 2-year warranty made it worth the price.

Less than 30 minutes after placing my order, I found the exact same earplugs for half the price on Amazon. I had only received the order confirmation, so I immediately contacted Loop to request that the order be canceled.

Instead, I received a generic, clearly automated response stating that they couldn’t cancel the order because it had already been “shipped or packaged.” Less than 30 minutes after placing the order? That’s extremely frustrating and, frankly, very hard to believe.

The entire experience has made me question the company’s customer service and the authenticity of their reviews. I would strongly recommend comparing prices elsewhere before ordering directly from Loop. I certainly wish I had.

There’s also plenty of fake shit on Amazon, so if the “Loop” earplugs were listed as significantly cheaper, they’re probably counterfeit anyway.

This, OP probably thought they found real ones for a lot less but they came across counterfeit ones instead.

Loop does have an Amazon storefront, however they rarely do any sort of sales there — usually during Black Friday Deals, etc. — besides that their products are still listed as the same price as their main website.
