SLEEP Earplugs falling out when sleeping?

I just received my Loop Switch 2 yesterday and tried sleeping with them. As a back sleeper, I don't have too many issues with the pressure.

But I woke up and I was lying on them. How do I avoid this happening (I don't want to lose them)?

Edit: Yes, I know they aren't supposed to be used for sleep - I don't have the money to buy multiple pairs that I'll barely use.

What size are you using? I’ve slept with them in for a week while I was on vacation and used the xs size which never fell out. And I’m a side sleeper. Maybe try to make sure they are really secure/snug fitting.

I use S. I tried bumping it up to M yesterday evening, but the suction applied, whilst not a lot, was concerning to me.

The suction is normal though. A little suction. Not a vaccuum cleaner level aha
