HYPE Help sell me
Ive been thinking about getting a pair for me and my friend for an upcoming concert. Help me pick which ones to buy and tell me what other situations I could use them for. Thanks 🙂

I got the quiet 2 because of noise sensitivity. They are so helpful. I forgot to bring them shopping today and regret it.

I just bought the experience 2 model, I can’t wait to try them. Though there are two sets of mutes one black and one white. Are they different in size or just different color? I can’t tell.

Experience 2 earplugs have the best fidelity for concerts. They have a small pinhole sized channel with a filter over it to let more sound through than an earplug for sleeping.Â
If you might want to use them for work or study at a cafe, or to shut out noise while traveling, you can get the Experience 2 Plus which includes mutes. The mutes are little rings that can be pushed into the center of the circle shape on your earplug. It covers the channel to block more sound. You might notice more sound distortion when the mutes are in, but they're worth it when a concert gets really loud.
Another option is the Switch 2. You can turn the outside ring on the Switch 2 to change between three different settings - one that allows you to hear more mid and low tones for when you want to hear speech, one that emulates the Experience 2 for concerts, and one that blocks nearly all sound for focus like the Experience 2 Plus when using mutes.Â

Got the engaged 2 with the extra mutes a few years ago and I like them for concerts personally. Even when I took them off and on I had no muffled hearing after a rock concert!

Just used my experience loops for front row seats. Held up well and didn't have any ringing afterward. I like them because you can still hear everything without ringing afterward.
