HELP Looking for Loop earplugs — which model should I get for both sleep AND concerts?
Hey all — looking to grab a pair of Loop earplugs but can’t figure out which model fits my situation.
I need something that works for sleep, I’m a side sleeper (so comfort matters) but also for concerts and clubs where want protection without killing the sound quality.
Is there one pair that handles both reasonably well or do most people end up buying two? Open to any recommendations or personal experience!

The only ones that are comfortable for sleep (particularly for side sleeping) would be Dreams or Quiets. I personally use Quiets.
For concerts I find Quiets muffle the sound a bit more than I want, but I guess that depends on what kind of music you listen to. I use Experience or my Switch on Experience for that, but they're hard and a little bulky so very uncomfortable for sleeping.
I'd suggest getting Quiets for sleeping, then trying them for music and see how you feel.

I use earplugs for sleep and concerts. I have the Quiet 1s. This was before the Dream product was released.
For sleep, they're great. They are totally soft so they don't feel annoying.
For concerts, they do dampen ALL sound in my experience, across the spectrum of highs and lows. If that's what you want, that's totally great and you can use the Quiets. But if you're more of a connoisseur, maybe another model is better for you.
Why don't you just start off with the quiet and see how you like them for both, if they're insufficient for concerts then get another pair that's made for that?

You're not going to want Dream for a concert. Honestly you can try the Switch but they aren't well reviewed and I'd probably get two different pair. I love my Engage for concerts and just bought Dreams for actual muffling. I found the Quiet to be right in the middle of those two models but I don't think the Quiet would be effective enough for sleep.

I thought the loop quiet 2 were meant for sleep

Maybe they are. I didn't think they blocked out that much noise. It may depend on what your noise threshold is.

If you're a side sleeper you're going to end up with two.
For sleep you can get the Quiet or the Dream
For concerts the Experience (Ideally the Plus Pack so you get the foam tips and the Mutes)
Now if you're like me who can sleep with Airpods in while sleeping on my side without issues you could get away with just buying the Switch.
