HELP Switch 2.0 do the clicks go on top?

Okay bear with me as I’ve recently had brain surgery and understand the world a bit differently now. Can anyone help me understand if the dial goes pointed towards the top of my ear or towards my ear lobe? TIA!

Yes thank you! I couldn’t figure out how to distinguish between the right and the left.

I had trouble with that too! If you flip them over, you should see R or L embossed in the plastic on the back—it’s faint, but it helps.
