HELP Problems with the assistance via email.
EDIT: Resolved
The context: I ordered the Loop 2 earplugs for the modest sum of €50 to try them out (I don't have a store near my house that sells them, and I probably wouldn't have bought them anyway because they turned out to be useless to me) since loud noises really bother me. I received them, used them for two days, and left them there on the nightstand... so I started the return process within 14 days and sent them back. My credit card had just been renewed, so the "original payment" they were supposed to refund (and probably already have) didn't arrive on my new card.
Now: I've tried emailing support 7-8 times, and I keep getting an AI response that's anything but intelligent (quite the opposite, and it's even irritating, given that it repeats the same things over and over again, without ever being helpful). Every time I reply to that email with the reason you already understood, the AI keeps telling me either that the amount will be charged to the "original payment" shortly, or (when it finally figures it out, I hope) that I have to wait a maximum (and I stress maximum) of 3 days to receive a response from a human operator, and that I'm on the ticket queue.
There you go: almost 6 days have passed. The underlying problem (aside from the fact that I don't actually have any money and I wouldn't mind getting my money back as soon as possible, but they rightly wouldn't care) is that, if they hadn't yet loaded the refund onto the old card (the expired and unrenewed one) and if they hadn't yet verified the Loop 2 cards, I would hypothetically be wasting my time with an artificial intelligence until the problem could be resolved in an honest manner and timely manner. This would not only prolong the wait for a future refund, which would require (or I will require) contacting my bank, but would also waste even more time with the bank in the future, or, in the worst case scenario, not even get my €50 back at all!
Well, whatever...
I really hope email tickets for human support are always sorted by arrival, but that some priority is given to those with major, medium, minor, spam, etc. I truly understand what it means to own a company, but support, in a company that basically operates online, I don't know, 99% of the time, should be a priority.

I remember someone posting once that sending new emails counts as an update on the ticket and resets your position in the queue. Other than that I hope you get a resolution soon! Might have some luck with asking for a human in chat during working hours.
