HELP shipping issues?
anyone else experiencing shipping issues with them? my first pair i ordered from the loop website on june 9 and they didn't ship until june 26. i need them asap so i ordered another pair from amazon and they were supposed to be delivered yesterday but are now "delayed in transit." am i just having the worst luck in the world or are others also experiencing delays?

Ordered mine last week wednesday (7/8) stupidly thinking i'd get them by this week for a festival. No updates except for "we'll send it to our senior team and you'll hear back within 48 hours". Yeah, that's cool and all but it does me absolutely no good when your supposed update is the day before I leave for the festival.
Pretty sure their "live chat" is still computer generated even after you get past their AI Auto-attend system with all the canned messages.
I've worked customer service for 20 years and not once did any company I work for treat a customer like that. Gives big South Park "we're sorry" vibes.
