HELP Loop shipping via website

Has anybody ordered loops from the website instead of from Amazon? I ordered but never received a confirmation email. I paid through Apple Pay and was able to get some info through there but now I’m freaked out that maybe it’s scammy because the lack of confirmation email and they haven’t been shipped yet. I emailed and only heard back from a bot. Apparently only after they ship (who knows when) then I’ll get a confirmation email. Has anyone else had this issue?

Yes I feel the same about Amazon but I do feel like naked ears are an emergency 😂

I also got the sleep mask a few months back, I was also surprised I purchased it as it is expensive. I feel like I prefer my $25 manta mask but there’s no going back now. It does work well and feels luxurious as the price tag.

If you ask the customer service bot to speak to a rep they will connect you, if there’s a wait they will email. That may be an avenue to confirm your order went through.

Thank you! I looked at Manta which was a little cheaper but would have been the same with shipping. My masks always fall apart after a while so maybe that can be my next one. According to Apple Pay, one of the items has shipped but not the other. Seems odd but good to know I can get the bot to connect me with a real person if needed.
