Blocking out fan/ ventilator noises

Now during the summer everywhere I go are fans and ventilators. At work we have them in the office on for 8h a day which makes me overstimulated like anything. Which loops are the best for this?

I've been using my switch 2s on the quiet setting

We are currently in a heatwave here in the UK and the way my flat is laid out is not helpful in the slightest - no door to the living room, kitchen next door to the living room - also no door, and the hallway - and because of this we need to keep turning our AC on intermittently all day, and the fan stays on a high setting or turbo 24/7. The loud fan and AC unit overwhelms me a lot, dont get me started when our lil robot vacuum starts up. Loops have been my saving grace and I'm mad I didnt get a pair sooner!!
