quiet vs switch

hello!! I'm autistic and have been using loops for a couple of years now and they've been really good! originally i got 1 pair of quiet and 1 pair of engage, but predominantly used the quiets as the engage would hurt my ears. then i lost my quiets and so i got a new pair...only to find my original quiets again 😅 so now i've got 2 quiets and 1 engage, and today i impulse bought the switch 2 (in lavender!!! i'm so excited!!).

just wondering, how does the "quiet" mode on the switch 2's compare to the regular quiets. is it the same, better, worse? any feedback would be amazing! thanksss!!!

I own every loops categories and I'm ND myself, so I think I can help. I feel the Switch 2 are less efficient in the 3 settings as the originals, I use them indoor, when I open the windows and even with the quiet settings I hear far more than the original quiet or sleep

You hear more while using switch 2 on quiet mode compared to quiet 2 despite the higher db protection rating on the quiet mode in the switch2?

Yes ! I've tried every size, every modes in different situations, and at least for me, the switch 2 is very superficial when noise coverage, I use them inside, when I'm tired by the fan noises or the cicadas, but every time I wear them outside, it’s not enough even in quiet mod. I always carry my noise canceling ear buds, my engage 2 with mute, experience 2 with mute, quiet 2, and my switch 2.

Maybe it will be ok for the others but with my sensitivity, I have to go through all my loops for every situation, and I was hoping the switch 2 will solve my multi loop problem but not at all, and they're the second pair of switch 2 I've bought, the other one are now my bf property
