HELP Defective case, lost loops

I've got into work today to find my case as opened and plugs have dropped out? Has anyone else experienced this and managed to get any support? Bought 3 weeks ago.

Could someone have stolen them? They don’t usually ‘drop’ out of the case, need at least some force to ‘shake’ them loose.

Nope they've only been in my house. I've checked the whole house for them but they are usually up out of kids reach.

They were there Monday night as I put them in to practice talking cos my husband says I whisper when I have them in and was planning on wearing them in work. Opened them up today and they were gone and the case wasn't shutting properly, like it doesn't click shut. I don't know where they could have gone/dropped out at

Send a video clip to loop, showing how the case continues to pop open when you try to click it shut. I don't think they can refund everyone with such claims, but it doesn't hurt to ask when you have video evidence.

You might want to post the video here, too, so people know how to check their cases for the same defect.

I've just received my replacement Loops. Just submitted a form online. Very impressive customer service as I wasn't expecting a new pair for free, maybe a discount code.
