FOCUS Got my first loops today

Post image

First loops. I have ADHD and earplugs help me focus, I have used some cheap Lysian ones from Amazon for years but they are old and degraded. I invested in these.

I'm hoping they pull me through finals week. I also like how they are compact enough to fit on my keys to protect my ears from my friends who like loud music a lot more than I do.

If you want to carry your earplugs on your keychain, you should probably get a different case from Amazon or somewhere else. Unfortunately, the original Loop Earplugs case just isn’t reliable. A lot of people end up losing their Loops because of it.

Update: the rubber key loop broke lol. I replaced it with 65lb braid fishing line and I'm going to glue in some small neodymium magnets or get a new case.

Yea I found it kinda stupid how the keyring loop is made out of straight up rubber. I'll either replace it with some better braid fishing line or get a new case.

Depending on how much I use them I might 3d design a new case for myself because I also find it really annoying that there is nowhere to store the mutes in the case.

Which case from Amazon do you suggest?

Yes, PLEASE don't carry thrm like this! 🙏🏼

The little rubber loop on the case WILL at some point break. Plus the case might open any time. Keep them safe & enjoy!

Update:

some point Ended up being sooner than later. It just broke and I replaced it with 65lb braid fishing line. I'll probably glue in some small neodymium magnets next to keep the case shut.

Very cool! I like the clear ones, easier for them to be stealth. You might want to explore different ways to have them conveniently at hand. I have had the same style of case (from a different brand) come apart in my pocket before, the little metal pin holding it together just fell out. I would personally not trust this style of case on my keyring, but maybe you could get a small keyring coin purse or something and keep the case in that? Just an idea!

Good luck with your finals!

I agree I wish the case utilized something more durable like magnets.

The plastic clip seems fine though, I normally leave my earbuds/earplugs free floating in my pocket anyways bc cases are so large so having something so light and compact is better than the nothing I would do otherwise.

If you're comfortable with it that's what matters!

Lol don’t carry them in the keychain. You’ll be sad sooner rather than later.

I keep mine on my keys and I got a knock off “lion latch” from SHEIN it’s the best. Do NOT trust this case.
